What is standard Warranty on Ozer Quick Stencil Printer?
1 year standard warranty against any manufacturing defect. any Physical damage or wear and tear is not a part of standard warranty. still product can be paid repair. Contact Local Supplier for the same.
Why there are 2 straight lines on both side of the paper when you print the stencil?
it is Ozer's Years of research to reduce the paper shrinkage due to over heating. those line on both side help to distribute heat equally and it makes perfect stencil for almost all type of design.

which Operating Systems are supported?
right now, Ozer quick stencil supports Windows, MAC, iOS and Androids OS. you can connect printer through USB cable for laptop/desktop and via Bluetooth for phones/tablets
Can i use all type of thermal papers?
Yes, almost all market leading thermal papers can be used. but we strongly recommend to use OZER THERMAL PAPERS. it gives best results.
